Skort and Bow

Description

This is an intermediate level class. This pattern accommodates sizes 1-14. It is an Australian Pattern and I have found it to run a bit large. Make sure to go by the measurements and not the size number. Students will complete the following:

• Day 1: Cut Skort Pieces and Begin Sewing
• Day 2: Construct Shorts and Skirt Panel
• Day 3: Make Waistband and Ties
• Day 4: Finish Skort and Make Hair Bow

After all four lessons, students will have practiced the following skills: pant construction, finish seams, create a hem, create a waistband, create ties, casing with elastic. 

Student will provide skort fabric. All notions, elastic and thread provided.

The date/time options for this class will be:

• June 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th from 10:15 am – 11:15 am
• July 21st, 22nd, 23rd from 9:00 am – 10:20 am (NOTE: This class is only 3 days but longer classes)
