Description
This is an intermediate level class. This class Students will upcycle clothing and add quilt blocks to their chosen items. We can do a jacket, shirt, shorts, pants, etc. Depending on what they choose, students may have time to do multiple pieces. This is a great way for students to learn the basics of quilt piecing without having to commit to a full quilt. Students will complete the following:
- Day 1: Design and cut out quilt blocks
- Day 2: Begin Sewing blocks
- Day 3: Continue with blocks
- Day 4: Finish items
After all four lessons, students will have practiced the following skills: cut out a pattern, quilt piecing, applique.
Student will provide desired clothing item and fabric for quilt blocks.

- July 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd from 9:00 – 10:00 am
